Love it !!! Interesting addition of soy sauce... never would have thought of it. Definitely have to try it next time. I make mine very similar. But for as long as we can we use our own canned tomatoes, you can taste the difference. Thanks for the new recipe!!
Mom here - I can confirm that Spaghetti and Meatballs was not only what Tessa requested for her Birthday but it was also her "Last Meal" choice - this is the dinner Tessa and her brother could request before going away to summer camp and then the night before returning to college and so on! xoxo
